We put special emphasis on multi-tenant industrial and flex assets. Our past experience in managing a diverse 4 million sq ft portfolio of heavy industrial and warehouse space uniquely positions us to understand the needs of that marketplace. We use our access to capital to close transactions, always all cash with no financing contingencies. This puts us in a unique position in the industry.
