Located within close proximity to freeway access, ports or within 120 miles of a primary market

SIZE

$2.5 to $15+ million (will consider larger acquisitions if it is a multi-tenant asset/portfolio) Minimum of 40,000 sq ft.

We will consider smaller deals if they are located in the Northeast, within close proximity to an owned facility, or are a single tenant NNN asset

TENANCY

Single or multi-tenant properties

Will consider properties with short term leases, particularly if there are value add opportunities (deferred maintenance, below market rental rates, re-positioning or redevelopment potential)
